HYPNOSIS WORKS

Hypnosis has been proven in numerous studies to be an effective and sustainable method in various therapeutic applications. An often-cited study on the effectiveness of hypnosis in smoking cessation is the 1992 meta-analysis by the University of Iowa. This analysis examined over 600 studies with a total of 72,000 participants and compared different methods of smoking cessation. The results showed that hypnosis was three times more effective than nicotine replacement therapies (e.g. patches or chewing gum) and 15 times more effective than trying to quit smoking on your own. The authors of this study concluded that hypnosis is the most effective method for smoking cessation

PROCESS

Intake:

We discuss your smoking habits and goals. Understanding why you became and remained a smoker is important in paving the way to your new identity as a non-smoker.

 

Hypnotic induction:

You enter a state of deep relaxation.

 

Focus on the subconscious:

Through targeted suggestions, we break old patterns and strengthen your motivation to remain smoke-free.

 

Return to the waking state:

You will feel refreshed, clear-headed and strengthened.

 

You leave the practice on your way to becoming a non-smoker:

The entire session lasts about 2-3 hours. In many cases, this is enough to quit smoking permanently.

REQUIREMENTS

• You are self-motivated to quit smoking for good.

• You are willing to try hypnosis.

• You do not suffer from psychosis, epilepsy or acute cardiovascular disease.

COSTS

The price for a 2-3 hour hypnosis session for smoking cessation is 350 Euro.

If additional sessions are required, these will be charged individually.
