Studies show that hypnosis can achieve significant success in weight loss. A 2014 study found that participants who incorporated hypnosis into their weight-loss program lost an average of 6.6 kg more than the control group (Hofmann et al., 2014).
Another 2016 study found that hypnosis can increase the effectiveness of diets by up to 30% (Schoenfeld et al., 2016). These results demonstrate that hypnosis not only addresses the subconscious but can also promote lasting changes in eating behavior.

PROCESS

Initial consultation and goal setting:
We discuss your desired change and closely examine the circumstances and behaviors that led to your weight gain.

Introduction to hypnosis:
You will enter a state of deep relaxation.

Focus on the subconscious:
Through targeted suggestions, we will dissolve old patterns and strengthen your motivation to maintain a healthier lifestyle and eat more consciously.

After hypnosis:
Over the days and weeks following hypnosis, you will slowly notice that you are increasingly able to stick to your resolutions.

Follow-up sessions:
The two follow-up sessions serve to deepen your understanding and take place approximately two weeks apart.

REQUIREMENTS
  • You want to lose weight on your own initiative.

  • You have a weight loss plan agreed upon with your doctor and are ready to begin.

  • You are eager to experience hypnosis.

  • You do not suffer from psychosis, epilepsy, or acute cardiovascular disease.

PRICE

The weight loss package includes three sessions (four hours) and costs €500.
Additional sessions will be billed individually.
